At Corban Realty, Greg uses his broad knowledge of development and capital markets to assist clients in locating equity, acquiring investment properties and structuring development projects. Throughout his career, Greg developed over $100 million of high-rise, mixed-use, commercial buildings and managed over a million feet of office. As a tenant broker, he has exclusively represented Merrill Lynch, Xerox, and Purolater Corporations.

Greg began his real estate career as a leasing agent for the Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, Texas. He then went on to work for The Williams Companies, setting up the management of the 1.2 million square foot, Yamasaki-designed Bank of Oklahoma Tower. Over the next eight years, Greg directed management, leasing, and national corporate real estate functions for The Williams Companies, a $2 billion, Fortune 200 industrial corporation. As vice president of corporate real estate for a division of The Williams Companies, he represented the largest manufacturer of fertilizer in the world and disposed of numerous fertilizer and steel service center facilities across the United States. He also assumed responsibility for leasing 1.5 million square feet of prime office space.

Greg then turned to commercial development, overseeing the construction and leasing of new high rise offices and mixed use projects in Tulsa, San Antonio, and Kansas City. From there, Greg left to form his own investment company concentrating on developing investments for his own account, negotiating leases with Xerox, Chubb Insurance, Travelers, and Bank of Oklahoma.

Greg has a deep knowledge of corporate and industrial services and has developed large, urban, mixed-use properties. In addition, he is a subject matter expert in property appraisals and selling of surplus industrial facilities.

Greg has an MBA in real estate from Southern Methodist University, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Principia College. Greg and his wife Jane are very active in their church. They enjoy spending time with their two grown children and their Golden Retriever, Jackson.
